Our Mission & Purpose
The SEMP Membership Committee is the engine driving engagement, growth, and community building within the Society. We're committed to creating pathways for pharmacists worldwide to connect, learn, and advance emergency medicine pharmacy practice together.
What We Do
- Build Community: Develop and maintain processes that attract, welcome, and retain members
- Ensure Quality: Uphold professional standards through application review and member engagement
- Enable Engagement: Create pathways for members to participate, network, and grow
- Drive Growth: Execute targeted recruitment campaigns to expand SEMP's global reach
- Listen & Respond: Gather member feedback and continuously improve member experience
