The Emergency Medicine Pharmacotherapy with Resuscitation (EMPoweRx) Conference is the official annual meeting of the Society of Emergency Medicine Pharmacists (SEMP).
Founded in 2021 by Dr. Jimmy Pruitt and other EM Pharmacists arising from the community's desire for a dedicated forum, EmpowerRx is the singular event focused entirely on advancing pharmacotherapy practice in emergency medicine and acute care settings.
Designed by practitioners for a multidisciplinary audience including pharmacists, physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, it's more than just a medical conference – it's a celebration of pharmacotherapy expertise.

Conference Details
The 5th Annual EMPoweRx Conference is expected to be the largest gathering yet of emergency medicine pharmacy professionals.

- Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Airport, Orlando, Florida
- Format: Hybrid (In-person and Virtual options)
- Expected Attendance: 500+ attendees (200+ in-person, 300+ virtual)
- CE Credits: ACPE-accredited continuing education hours
- Target Audience: Emergency medicine pharmacists, critical care pharmacists, toxicologists, emergency physicians, NPs, PAs, residents, and students
